Shipping & Delivery
This Shipping & Delivery Policy sets out the terms and conditions on the basis of which we, KR4ALL Digital Health Services Private Limited (collectively, “KR4ALL”, “Company”, “we”, “us” or “our”), will process all deliveries carried on KR4ALL through your use of [this mobile application (KR4ALL) or the website ( https://www.kr4all.com/ ) (collectively referred to as the “Platform”)] while availing services (detailed in the Terms and Conditions available at: ( https://www.kr4all.com/legal/tnc ) made available to you over the Platform (the “Services”). KR4ALL may assign, transfer, and subcontract its rights and/or obligations under this Payment and Refund Policy to any third party, as it may deem fit, and you shall continue to be bound by this Shipping & Delivery Policy in the event of such assignment or transfer.
What is needed for Medicine Order/Delivery?
- Valid prescription from a Doctor is mandatory for all medicine orders
- You are required to send a scan copy of valid prescription from an authorised Doctor which is mandatory
- Kindly display the original prescription at the time of delivery or picking up of medicines
We will not be able to process the orders without a valid prescription
While KR4ALL Partner Pharmacies shall endeavour to provide accurate product and pricing information, yet typographical errors might occur. KR4ALL cannot confirm the price of a product until after you order. In the event that a product is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information due to an error in pricing or product information, KR4ALL shall have the right, at our sole discretion, to refuse or cancel any orders placed for that product, unless the product has already been dispatched. In the event that an item is mis-priced, KR4ALL Partner Pharmacies may, at its discretion, either contact you for instructions or cancel your order and notify you of such cancellation. Unless the product ordered by you has been dispatched, your offer will not be deemed accepted and KR4ALL Partners will have the right to modify the price of the product and contact you for further instructions using the e-mail address/ contact no. provided by you during the time of registration, or cancel the order and notify you of such cancellation.
Our standard delivery time
We generally deliver orders within 1 hour or lesser from the nearest partner pharmacy, but could take up to 3 hours depending on your delivery area and the items ordered. Kindly check the estimated delivery time displayed at the time of placing your order on the App.
Cancellation by KR4ALL
Please note that there may be certain orders that we are unable to accept and must cancel. We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to refuse or cancel any order for any reason. Some situations that may result in your order being cancelled include limitations on quantities available for purchase, inaccuracies or errors in product or pricing information, or problems identified by our credit and fraud avoidance department. We may also require additional verifications or information before accepting any order. We will contact you if all or any portion of your order is cancelled or if additional information is required to accept your order. If your order is cancelled after your account has been charged, the said amount will be reversed back in your account.
Cancellations by the Customer
In case we receive a cancellation notice and the order has not been shipped by us, we shall cancel the order and refund the entire amount. The orders that have already been shipped out by us will not be cancelled and you will have to check our return policy on those orders. The customer agrees not to dispute the decision made by KR4ALL and accept KR4ALL’s decision regarding the cancellation.
